Our SFW Writers contributed 3,000-6,000 words, while our NSFW Writers got 4,000-8,000 words. Our SFW and NSFW Artists had a page count up to 3 pages, as do our Cosplayers. Our Merch Artists each contributed a variety of merch items.All stories feature spot illustrations by our artists!What kind of content is featured in this zine?
This project is fun and lighthearted with room for angst, including canon-typical levels of blood and violence. Vashwood is always the focus, though platonic, queerplatonic, and poly interpretations (e.g. Polygun) as well as background ships may be featured. All headcanons re: ethnicity, sexuality, romantic attraction and gender identity of the characters are allowed. The settings range from the Space Western of Trigun's canonverse to AUs fitting our theme.The NSFW add-on zine features explicit sex, kink and power dynamics as well as rougher violence and body horror. Individual content warnings ensure reader comfort throughout.Is there AI-generated work in this zine?
No.What's off limits?
This project doesn't feature very graphic content like gratuitous violence/blood/gore or detailed on-screen self-harm. For the SFW main zine, explicit sex is off limits, though fades-to-black may be featured.For NSFW works: Non-con, minor/adult relationships, bestiality or extreme darkfic kinks are off limits — if it requires a "Dead Dove, Do Not Eat" tag, it's too intense. Dark themes like torture, sexual violence and self-harm may be featured but with a focus on recovery rather than shock value or kink.Is this project anti or pro-ship?
We don't apply either term to this zine. We are 100% anti-harassment, though — hence, we made sure to choose contributors who can work respectfully together regardless of fandom philosophy.Do the mods have zine experience?
